How does the setting up process work?

On your chosen date, we arrive at your venue at the pre-arranged time agreed with the coordinator/venue and carefully set everthing up in preparation for your special day. Before leaving, we ensure every detail is perfectly in place. At the end of the evening, we return to collect all of our items.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, particularly during peak wedding season. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings where availability allows.

Question 6

Do you require a deposit to secure our booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your wedding date when final details and preparations begin.

We are located in Clacton-on-Sea and cover a range of locations covering the whole of Essex and beyond. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.We work with a wide range of venues and are happy to liaise directly with your venue coordinator to ensure a smooth setup and collection process.
